In addition to our expertise and experience in resolving claims, Artinsure employs trained specialist adjusters, restorers and recovery agents, and works with an international network of law enforcement agencies and associations combating cultural crime.

Claim Objective:

The purpose of our claims process is to put the client back into the same financial position they were in before eh loss as promptly and smoothly as possible.

Claim Process:

To ensure a smooth and efficient claims process, we advise clients who suffer the loss, theft or damage of any valuable items to follow these steps immediately:

• Inform your broker (in writing).
• Ensure your broker notifies Artinsure (also in writing)
• Complete a Claim Form (downloaded from this page or obtained from your broker), then sign and return it to Artinsure.
• Report incidents of theft to the police within 48 hours.
